Personal TrainingPersonal training is NOT a one-size-fits-all. Each person has their own unique health and fitness goals, and therefore your training program should reflect this. Each program I design is realistic to your lifestyle and your experience in fitness and personal training. However most importantly, I will help you develop a love for these sessions to help you maintain exercise as part of your lifestyle. I provide 1:1 or train with a friend with 2:1. These small environments make sure that you can get the most out of your session. |
